Bulgur Mujaddara Ingredients

A quarter cup of oil

1 chopped onion

A quarter cup of noodles

2 and a half cups of coarse bulgur or rice

1 cup soaked lentils

1 crushed garlic

1 teaspoon salt

Half a teaspoon of black pepper

Half a teaspoon of cumin

3 and a quarter cup of boiling water

1 tablespoon ghee


Ingredients for bulgur with zucchini

A quarter cup of oil

1 chopped onion

3 zucchini

1 bell pepper

1 and a half teaspoon salt

Half a teaspoon of black pepper

Half a teaspoon of cumin

1 tablespoon tomato paste

3 cups coarse bulgur

2 chopped tomatoes

3 and a half cups of boiling water
